Independent. Technical. Evidence-Driven.
Xevry is an independent cybersecurity research and auditing firm focused on security assessments for Web3 and Web2 systems.
We exist to help teams ship systems that hold up under real adversarial pressure — by finding what's broken, proving it, and helping fix it before it matters.
How we think about security.
Independent
We are not affiliated with any protocol, chain, vendor or tooling company. Our only incentive is to give you an accurate picture of your security.
Technical
Our work happens in the code, the configuration, and the running system. We read what was actually built, not what the documentation says was built.
Evidence-driven
Every material finding comes with proof: a reproducible test, request sequence, or configuration trace. If we can't demonstrate it, we say so.
Research-led
We invest time in studying vulnerability classes in depth and publishing what we learn, because it makes every assessment we run sharper.

PROGRESS
Manual first.
Proven always.
Tools extend our coverage; they don't define it. The vulnerabilities that cause real damage — broken authorization, flawed accounting, unsafe trust assumptions — are found by people who understand what the system is supposed to do.
- Line-by-line review of everything in scope
- Threat-model-driven prioritization
- Proof of concept for every material finding
- Remediation followed by follow-up validation
Trust is earned in the details.
Security work means handling your most sensitive material. These commitments apply to every engagement.
Confidential by default
Code, findings and the details of an engagement are treated as confidential. That is why every case study on this site is an educational demonstration rather than client work.
Evidence over assertion
Every finding is reported with its severity, the evidence behind it, and a recommendation. Our public case studies go further: each ships with lab code and tests you can run yourself.
Honest about limits
Reports state exactly what was in scope, what was not, and how deep coverage went. We never describe a system as “secure” — only what we tested and found.
Two worlds,
one discipline.
Modern products rarely live entirely on-chain or entirely off it. A DeFi protocol has a web front end, an indexing backend, deployment keys and a CI pipeline. A SaaS platform may settle payments on-chain. Attackers move freely across those boundaries.
As a firm specializing in Web3 and Web2 security, Xevry works across both: EVM smart contracts and DeFi mechanics on one side, and web applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure on the other — so an attack path can be followed wherever it leads, rather than stopping at the edge of a narrowly defined scope.
We would rather show than claim. Every case study ships with runnable lab code and tests you can execute yourself, and our research explains the reasoning behind each technique. Judge the work directly, then ask us hard questions on a first call.
Let's discuss your security needs.
Tell us what you're building. We'll respond with clear questions, an honest view of whether we're the right fit, and a scoped proposal if we are.
